The assembly hall is the most impressive conference building of the Academy. Annual inauguration ceremonies of the school year and cultural events are held there. The theatre style assembly hall can accommodate 356 people. It has a stage, a big screen and 4 booths for simultaneous translation. The lighting and sound systems are centrally steered from the cockpit.
Our in-house technical team can provide the modern equipment and other service to suit all your specific needs. The large screen enables the lecturer to conduct 2 presentations simultaneously. A fast Internet connection can be provided if necessary.

Many international congresses were held in this building including The 28th International Thoraco-Cardio-Angio Surgeons Congress in 2000, when the participants could observe surgery which was being performed in The John Paul II Hospital on Prądnicka Street. In 1999 more than 800 participants took part in the The 39th Congress of Polish Society of Otolaryngologists head and neck Surgeons.
